Job Title

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to fill the role of Operations Coordinator at Sweets from the Earth. This position involves coordinating operational logistics, overseeing tasks, and ensuring efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Task Planning: Develop specific plans to prioritize tasks and ensure timely completion.
  • Task Organization: Organize tasks to accomplish work efficiently and effectively.
  • Operational Oversight: Oversee and coordinate operational logistics to ensure smooth operations.
  • Interdepartmental Coordination: Coordinate activities with other departments to achieve common goals.
  • Problem Resolution: Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, hire, and train staff to ensure a skilled and efficient team.
  • Training and Development: Arrange training and order necessary materials to support staff development.

  • Organization: Demonstrate strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
