Aecon Technical Solutions Inc. specializes in telecommunications infrastructure installations, serving residential, retail, commercial, institutional, and hospitality environments. Our team of highly-trained technicians is dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients.

As a Resource Planner, you will report to the Project Manager and be responsible for performing administrative tasks related to workforce planning. This role involves working independently and as part of a team, exercising judgment, initiative, and multi-tasking skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and maintain technician schedules.
  • Assist with technician onboarding procedures.
  • Provide administrative and clerical support with speed and accuracy.
  • Learns, interprets, and applies organizational policies, rules, and regulations.
  • Maintain and organize document files.
  • Assist other staff in office duties as required.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor/manager.

Requirements

  • Fluent in both French and English (verbal and written).
  • Excellent computer skills, experience with Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to problem solve and work independently.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Experience in an administrative/dispatch capacity considered an asset.
  • Strong telephone etiquette and dispatching experience is an asset.
