We are in search of approachable and self-assured Security Professionals to serve at various healthcare establishments.

This encompasses hospitals, private clinics, long-term care facilities, and more. Our Healthcare management team collaborates with employees to identify positions and work environments that align with their lifestyles.

This role operates on a 4 on, 4 off schedule, alternating between day and night shifts (2 nights and 2 days).

On-Call Security Guards receive a guaranteed base rate during all on-call hours, which increases to the site-specific rate when called to cover shifts, occurring nearly every day. Employees may need to travel over 50 kilometers one-way from their base location, with travel expenses reimbursed.

Working in Healthcare Security can be both physically and emotionally demanding.

Security Professionals are tasked with providing support, empathy, customer service, and public safety to healthcare staff, visitors, clients, and patients alike.

The dynamic settings in which our Security Professionals operate can be both rewarding and challenging.

Our leading Healthcare management team offers 24-hour support for our employees, focusing on proactively reducing risks and providing real-time guidance during incidents.


A Typical Day as a Healthcare Security Officer:

While your specific duties may vary based on your assigned location, you can anticipate performing the following tasks:

  • Facilitating access control into and out of the facility, including restricted areas.
  • Monitoring and responding to incidents identified via surveillance.
  • Conducting facility patrols to identify risks such as unsecured doors, blocked exits, mechanical issues, hazardous materials, and security breaches.
  • Responding to alarms and emergency assistance requests.
  • Investigating and documenting any irregularities encountered during your duties.
  • Ensuring patient safety by monitoring and reporting incidents as necessary.
