We are currently seeking a Client Service Manager to oversee operations in the Red Deer Region, reporting directly to the Operations Manager for Healthcare. This role involves managing various contracts with a primary focus on Healthcare Security.

Key Responsibilities

Cultivate and sustain robust client relationships by devising strategies that consistently surpass client expectations. Serve as the main point of contact for daily operations related to the contract. Oversee the fulfillment of client and external stakeholder requirements while ensuring adherence to contract stipulations. Proactively manage client and stakeholder expectations regarding service delivery. Uphold high performance standards and a strong customer service ethos among employees. Monitor monthly business margins to ensure operational profitability and efficiency. Implement and maintain Paladin's Occupational Health and Safety protocols. Develop, manage, and engage in emergency management strategies alongside the security team, directing staff during incident responses. Provide mentorship, disciplinary action, and professional development opportunities for frontline staff. Collaborate with People and Culture to maintain staffing levels that meet contractual commitments. Ensure effective communication and rapport among all team members.

Qualifications

Post-secondary education in Business Administration or Security Management, or equivalent relevant experience. Certification as a Healthcare Protection Administrator or Certified Protection Professional through IAHSS/ASIS is advantageous. A minimum of five years of managerial experience with a proven track record of progressive responsibilities. Strong understanding of gap analysis and action planning. Demonstrated knowledge of the criminal code and provincial regulations related to security. Experience in law enforcement, protective services, or security management is beneficial. Proven ability to foster and maintain strong working relationships both internally and externally. Exhibits innovative and solution-oriented thinking. Comfortable leading meetings, presenting, and facilitating issue-resolution discussions with senior management and clients. Demonstrates strong leadership qualities and maturity. Possession of a valid Class 5 unrestricted driver's license.
