- Personal Suitability: Possess excellent oral and written communication skills, flexibility, judgment, and a client-focused approach.
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
