- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including minutes of meetings, reports, and other documents.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Team Support: Provide support to our team members, including training and development opportunities.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in MS Windows and MS Office.
This is a permanent, full-time position working 30 hours per week in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure, have attention to detail, and be a team player.
