Warehouse Operations Manager

MCM-D'Lusso Construction is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our warehouse, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Task Planning and Organization: Develop and implement plans to prioritize tasks, ensuring that all work is completed on time and to a high standard.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of inventory, ensuring that all stock is accurately recorded and easily accessible.
- Logistics and Operations: Coordinate the movement of goods and materials, ensuring that all shipments are delivered on time and in good condition.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on warehouse activity, providing insights and recommendations for process improvements.
- Training and Development: Train and mentor warehouse staff, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Supervision: 1 to 2 people
- Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, judgement, reliability, and a team player
- Work Language: English
- Hours: 30 hours per week
