About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Change Management Communications Specialist to join our team at Magna. As a key member of our Finance Continuous Improvement team, you will play a critical role in supporting initiatives that increase employee adoption through the development and implementation of strategic plans and change management initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in organizational change management, with experience in shaping strategic plans and supporting various change management initiatives. You will be responsible for providing organizational change management (OCM) services, including supporting strategic planning, execution, and reporting as it relates to new technology, processes, and behaviors.

Your Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Change Management Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive change management plans to ensure successful adoption of new technologies, processes, and behaviors.
  • Communicate Effectively: Articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner to various stakeholders, including employees, management, and external partners.
  • Conduct Impact Analyses: Identify potential resistance and mitigation tactics to ensure a smooth transition to new technologies, processes, and behaviors.
  • Support Project Management: Collaborate with project management teams to identify change impact risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Develop Training Programs: Create and deliver training programs to ensure employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to adapt to new technologies, processes, and behaviors.
  • Measure Success: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of change management initiatives.
Requirements
  • Education: Diploma or degree in business administration, organizational development, human resources, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in organizational change management or internal marketing and/or communications.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Experience with project management tools and technologies, including MS365 suite of products.
