Senior Communications Specialist, Change Management

Job SummaryWe are seeking a Senior Communications Specialist, Change Management to join our Finance Continuous Improvement team. This role will play a key part in supporting initiatives that increase employee adoption through strategic planning and change management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage stakeholders across the organization
- Conduct impact analyses to understand the change journey and identify potential resistance and mitigation tactics
- Support the evaluation of methods and cadence for assessing and reporting change readiness
- Develop and create communications plans and content tailored to each stakeholder group
- Coordinate and manage stakeholder lists and tailor messaging to each group
- Facilitate and coordinate with project management teams to identify change impact risks
- Provide input and support the design and delivery of training programs
- Integrate change management activities into project plans and track completion of OCM deliverables
- Diploma or degree in business administration, organizational development, human resources, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in organizational change management or internal marketing and communications
- Change management certification or designation desired
