Magna is seeking a highly skilled Change Management Leader to join our Business Services team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business transformation and improving operational efficiency.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading multi-year finance transformation projects, leveraging expertise and technology to streamline processes, ensure accuracy and compliance, and provide exceptional customer service. You will work closely with stakeholders to define and support various change management initiatives within the Global Finance Transformation program.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading a supportive and action-oriented OCM team to drive a culture of change across project workstreams.
- Creating strategies to support the change effort, including comprehensive communication campaigns, activities, and deliverables.
- Conducting impact analyses to understand the change journey, identifying potential resistance and mitigation tactics.
- Developing engaging communications strategies and campaign plans to address stakeholder groups, key messaging, approach, and delivery mechanisms.
- Integrating change management activities into project plans, tracking completion of all agreed-upon OCM deliverables and key activities.
- Defining and measuring success metrics and monitoring change progress.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Key qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, organizational development, human resources, or a related field.
- Certifications in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) are desirable.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in organizational change management.
