Your Role:

As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will leverage your extensive expertise to tackle complex challenges on the Salesforce platform. Your advanced understanding of Salesforce's technical domains—including various cloud services, programmatic development, and integration strategies—will be crucial. You will take the lead in scoping, designing, and executing technical implementations, showcasing your problem-solving skills and determination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate business needs into well-structured solutions that maximize the Salesforce platform's capabilities.
  • Assess the effort required to implement solutions based on both business and technical specifications.
  • Facilitate technical design discussions, crafting and documenting solutions that align with client objectives while advising on best practices.
  • Oversee the technical execution of Salesforce projects, including:
    • Development of tailored solutions and integrations.
    • Providing expert guidance to developers on technical challenges.
    • Designing and managing test plans to ensure high-quality outcomes.
    • Exhibiting technical thought leadership.
  • Demonstrate advanced skills in Apex programming, including design patterns, trigger management, and effective unit testing.
  • Showcase proficiency in front-end technologies such as LWC, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of functional and technical tools, including data modeling and security frameworks.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce's evolving features and best practices in DevOps.
  • Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with the Salesforce platform, particularly in Apex and JavaScript development.
  • Familiarity with the end-to-end Salesforce development lifecycle and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
  • Experience with Salesforce APIs and front-end development using Lightning Web Components.
  • Knowledge of integration tools and methodologies.
  • Solid grasp of Object-Oriented Analysis and Design principles.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and familiarity with Salesforce AI capabilities.
  • Proficient in CI/CD processes related to Salesforce.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills.
  • Active Salesforce certifications or a commitment to obtaining relevant certifications.
