About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at AYS Immigration Services Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our office staff, including data entry, report preparation, and correspondence.
  • Office Operations: Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Task Management: Review and evaluate new administrative procedures, delegate work to office support staff, establish work priorities, and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Reporting and Data Analysis: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflict situations in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in electronic mail, spreadsheet, and MS Office.
  • Work Environment: 30 to 35 hours per week, permanent position.
  • Work Language: English.
