Molson Coors Beverage Company is seeking a highly skilled Shopper Insights Manager to join our dynamic team in Toronto, ON. As a key member of our shopper marketing team, you will be responsible for deepening our understanding of shoppers and driving business growth through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Connect research studies to deepen understanding of shoppers and inform business decisions
  • Develop and lead strategy development for key decision-making moments, leveraging consumer research and market trends
  • Advocate for shopper inclusivity and diverse communities, ensuring our marketing efforts resonate with a broad audience
  • Plan and disseminate primary research conclusions to inform business strategy and drive growth
  • Manage partner relationships efficiently, fostering strong collaborations with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Align projects to planning timelines and anticipate customer needs, ensuring seamless execution and delivery

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in consumer research, shopper insights, or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
  • Passion for shopper marketing and the commerce landscape, with a keen eye for market trends and consumer behavior
  • Strong project management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder dynamics
  • Values of putting people first, being bold, taking accountability, and learning every day
  • Consent for a criminal background check
