We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team at BOREAL GROUP INC.. This is a permanent position that offers a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events.
  • Plan and manage budgets and expenditures effectively.
  • Supervise and guide other staff members.
  • Establish and enforce office policies and procedures.
  • Record and prepare minutes for meetings and events.
  • Develop and implement office procedures and routines.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for staff and clients.
  • Manage contracts and agreements.
  • Oversee training and development initiatives.
  • Handle telephone communications and relay messages appropriately.
  • Analyze employee data and information for reporting.
  • Respond to electronic inquiries and provide information.
  • Develop communication strategies for the organization.
  • Compile and maintain data, statistics, and other relevant information.
  • Prepare reports and documentation as required.
  • Order and manage office supplies and inventory.
  • Arrange travel itineraries and make necessary reservations.
  • Welcome visitors and direct them to appropriate contacts.
  • Set up and maintain both manual and computerized filing systems.
  • Type and proofread various documents and correspondence.
  • Perform data entry tasks as needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders.
  • Maintain and manage the digital database effectively.
  • Conduct basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Consult with clients post-sale to ensure ongoing support.
  • Coordinate and review projects and programs.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
