Salary: $70,732 - $90,132 / year

Key Responsibilities:

1. Corporate Fundraising Strategy

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive corporate fundraising strategy to align with the Canadian Red Cross's goals and objectives
  • Identify and cultivate corporate partners to support the organization's mission
  • Design and implement strategies to maximize revenue and achieve fundraising targets
  • Monitor performance indicators and trends to inform future fundraising initiatives
  • Develop proposals for strategic partnerships and collaborations

2. Channel Support and Coordination

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement donor strategies
  • Support fundraising campaigns and initiatives
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Prepare briefing materials and reports to inform fundraising decisions
  • Perform data entry and reporting to track fundraising progress

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education and seven years of experience in fundraising and business development
  • Experience with fundraising software and CRM systems
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience working in a complex organization with multiple stakeholders and priorities
  • Proven success in fund development and business growth
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
