  • Contract Negotiation & Execution: Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements that support company objectives. Collaborate closely with Marketing Research & Analytics teams to benchmark and strategize new initiatives.
  • Market Analysis & Financial Reporting: Employ market research to assess existing partnership assets, identify new opportunities, and stay ahead of market trends. Prepare monthly reports on key performance indicators, sales pipeline, and financial analysis to guide strategic decision-making.
  • Client Engagement & Compliance: Maintain active engagement with corporate partners through regular meetings, focusing on enhancing key accounts. Ensure adherence to relevant regulations, including the Freedom of Information Act (FOI) and Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FIPPA) for non-fare sales.
  • Monitoring & Strategy Development: Oversee the monitoring of contractual and financial performance, recommending strategies to meet revenue targets. Stay informed on emerging trends to proactively adjust sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proven experience in corporate partnership and/or sponsorship sales roles.
  • Demonstrated sales success and business development expertise.
  • Experience in building and managing a sales pipeline that consistently meets personal and team sales targets.
  • Comprehensive understanding of partnership sales and business development strategies.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including proficiency in executive-level presentations and cold calling.
  • Strong business acumen with a solid financial understanding and ability to develop business cases.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of the significance and impact of strategic and corporate partnerships.
  • Expertise in managing a diverse portfolio of corporate clients with complex contractual agreements.
  • Proficient in overseeing marketing or business contracts to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to facilitate the achievement of partners' objectives through expert marketing guidance.
