Key Responsibilities:
1. Corporate Fundraising Initiatives
- Align the objectives of corporate partners with the mission of the Canadian Red Cross
- Identify potential corporate donors for contributions
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance revenue generation
- Track performance metrics and emerging trends
- Create proposals for strategic alliances
2. Support and Coordination of Channels
- Collaborate on strategies for donor engagement
- Assist in fundraising campaigns
- Coordinate efforts with internal teams
- Prepare briefing documents
- Conduct data entry and reporting tasks
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education coupled with seven years of experience in fundraising
- Familiarity with fundraising software and CRM systems
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Experience in navigating complex organizational structures
- Demonstrated success in fundraising initiatives
- Strong skills in delivering presentations
Working Conditions:
- Safe and hygienic work environment
- Travel may be necessary
- Non-traditional working hours
- Access to a vehicle is required
- Eligibility to work in Canada
- Successful completion of a pre-employment screening process
