As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for establishing and nurturing customer relationships, handling incoming sales traffic, and qualifying all prospects.

Responsibilities:

* Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales and revenue growth
* Handle incoming sales traffic, including phone, internet, and in-person inquiries
* Qualify all prospects and provide exceptional customer service
* Collaborate with the Pre-Owned Sales Manager to arrange trade-in appraisals
* Liaise between prospects and sales management during negotiations
* Turn over all sales customers to the finance office
* Arrange Pre-Owned deliveries through sales management and the finance office
* Actively prospect new customers on a continuous basis
* Follow up with past deliveries to ensure customer satisfaction
* Research and stay up-to-date on product changes
* Attend and participate in sales meetings
* Review performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
* Familiarize yourself with all manufacturers' sales, lease, and finance programs
* Make annual lease maturity contact calls with existing clients
* Stay informed about competitive products
* Participate in off-site marketing and advertising efforts
* Assist in showroom display arrangements as needed
* Participate in off-site product and skills training programs
* Close sales by overcoming objections, negotiating prices, and completing sales or purchase contracts
* Stay informed about all applicable federal, provincial, and local laws governing retail auto sales
* Escort customers to the customer lounge, Parts Counter, and introduce them to the Service Department
