About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Trainer to join our team at Teleperformance. As a Sales Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering training programs to our sales teams on Google Ads product suite, including Search, Display, YouTube, and Shopping.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver product training programs based on needs analysis and new product launches
  • Implement internal and external best practices into product training to improve sales performance and profit
  • Provide training and support to all roles in the project on how to implement Google Ads for increased profitability and customer satisfaction
  • Track and measure training results and present back to Operations Managers and Clients
Requirements
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Min. 1 year of training experience in a sales-driven environment
  • Extensive knowledge of Google product offerings
  • Strong interest in delivering training in a classroom and remote setting
  • Ability to speak and write English fluently and idiomatically
