As a leader in the hearing healthcare industry, we are seeking a dynamic and passionate professional to fill the role of Audiology Field Trainer. This full-time position is designed for an individual who excels in providing exceptional technical support, clinical guidance, and comprehensive product training to our clientele.
The Audiology Field Trainer will play a pivotal role in fostering and nurturing robust relationships with our customers, while also identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities. This position requires a commitment to achieving sales targets and representing our company with the utmost professionalism.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver training and support to customers and new business partners on our products and software solutions.
- Establish and maintain long-lasting relationships with professionals such as Audiologists, clinic owners, dispensers, educators, and speech-language pathologists.
- Collaborate effectively with our internal Audiology team and Inside Sales department.
- Assist Regional Sales Directors with training initiatives, communication, and technical assistance.
- Prepare and conduct technical presentations and demonstrations at various events, including conferences and workshops.
- Travel extensively to customer locations, both nationally and internationally.
- Manage forecasting and reporting within the designated territory, develop a comprehensive business plan, and achieve overall sales objectives.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as required.
- Master's degree in Audiology or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a clinical environment dispensing hearing aids.
- Proficient in audiological tasks, including testing, fitting, and programming software for both adults and children.
- Willingness to travel frequently (up to 50%) within the territory and nationally. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and a collaborative team player.
- Able to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage time efficiently.
- Exceptional presentation and organizational skills, coupled with technical proficiency.
- Capable of navigating a complex work environment with diverse responsibilities (sales, training, technical support, etc.).
- Professional demeanor and courteous representation of the company.
- Access to a personal vehicle and a valid driver's license.
