We are currently seeking a Technical Sales Support Specialist - Crusher Components to enhance our Technical Sales Support division. In this role, you will implement the product strategy aimed at driving sales growth and enhancing profitability. You will collaborate with Account Managers and Product Specialists to devise customer-centric solutions and expand our market presence in Crusher technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement product strategies to achieve sales growth and profitability for the Canadian market.
- Provide technical support and assistance to both existing and prospective clients.
- Develop and present tailored value solutions and propositions to clients.
- Collaborate with Product Line teams to disseminate new product information, best practices, and sales training.
- Promote innovative product designs to both end users and internal stakeholders.
- Conduct product inspections and deliver comprehensive reports and analyses.
- Support product installation and troubleshooting alongside the Field Service team.
- Identify new potential customers for the sales teams.
- Foster strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and generate future leads.
- Meet and exceed sales targets within the designated region.
- Provide insights on competitive dynamics and advise on pricing strategies.
- Negotiate pricing and delivery terms for the product line.
- Offer technical expertise in Crusher technology through research and operational guidance.
- Engage in technical investigations related to warranty claims.
- Stay informed about market trends, competition, and industry best practices to ensure effective sales strategies.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in mineral processing equipment, particularly related products.
- Proven negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce) is advantageous.
- Experience with AutoCAD or similar software is a plus.
- Knowledge of SAP software is beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills, with a strong focus on performance and results.
- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
- Comfortable working in a multicultural and multilingual setting.
- Strong client relationship management skills, including negotiation and understanding customer needs.
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
- Capable of preparing and delivering presentations.
- Self-organized and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
