Lead Corporate Strategic Initiatives

At MCAP Group of Companies, we're seeking a seasoned professional to drive our corporate strategic initiatives forward. As a key member of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our business growth and development.

The Role

Our Corporate Strategic Initiatives group is responsible for leading and supporting various corporate initiatives across our lines of business. Your key areas of focus will include:

  • Developing and implementing new business initiatives to drive growth and expansion
  • Collaborating with senior leaders and external partners to pilot and execute initiatives
  • Providing strategic input on business cases, financial modeling, and legal review
  • Analyzing data and market trends to inform business decisions
  • Communicating effectively with senior management and stakeholders

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of capital markets and mortgage finance
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to think strategically and drive business growth
  • Experience with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
