About the Role

This is a key leadership position that will play a critical role in driving our business strategy forward. As a Director, Strategic Initiatives, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans that drive business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of strategic plans that drive business growth and innovation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize strategic initiatives
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for strategic initiatives
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to business leaders to ensure successful implementation of strategic plans
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of strategic initiatives and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in a leadership capacity within payments or a financial services organization
  • Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of fraud management, including operations, threat-intelligence/management, customer identity and access management (CIAM), and cyber security functions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Proven track record of successfully leading strategic planning initiatives and driving organizational growth
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and provide innovative solutions
