Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute corporate strategies, ensuring alignment with our company's mission, vision, and long-term goals.
  • Facilitate strategic planning sessions, helping to translate our CEO's vision into actionable plans.
  • Act as a liaison between our CEO and senior leadership, ensuring effective communication and alignment across the organization.
  • Manage the CEO's priorities, ensuring that time and resources are focused on the most critical strategic initiatives.
  • Develop and manage processes for effective resource allocation, ensuring that our company's resources are deployed in alignment with strategic priorities.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or a senior operational role, with a focus on strategy execution.
  • Experience working directly with C-suite executives, particularly in a Chief of Staff or similar capacity.
  • High level of organizational and project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using data and analytics to drive decision-making and monitor performance.
  • Strong understanding of Lean and Agile practices.
