About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Director to lead our Enterprise Technology and Business Transformation team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives and change management across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of approximately ~100 individuals, providing guidance and direction to ensure alignment to business direction and execution of scorecard deliverables.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and transformation, working closely with business and technology partners to identify opportunities and develop solutions.
  • Change Management: Manage cross-functional relationships to drive change initiatives, working with internal and external partners to deliver on strategic objectives.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all applicable policies, standards, guidelines, and controls, and manage risk to ensure the integrity of our business operations.
Requirements
  • Leadership and Management Experience: Proven track record of leading and managing high-performing teams, with a strong focus on developing and retaining top talent.
  • Strategic Planning and Execution: Ability to develop and implement strategic plans, working closely with business and technology partners to drive business growth and transformation.
  • Change Management and Communication: Strong change management and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Strong understanding of compliance and risk management principles, with the ability to ensure compliance with all applicable policies, standards, guidelines, and controls.
