Sales Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Secretary to join our team at Massload Technologies Inc. As a Sales Secretary, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team by providing administrative assistance, coordinating tasks, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the flow of information within the team to ensure seamless communication and task completion.
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences to maintain a clear understanding of team discussions and decisions.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring timely and efficient use of team members' time.
- Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Oversee the development of communication strategies to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
- Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions and reporting.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documents to ensure compliance and transparency.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain and manage digital databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and other relevant software applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence.
