Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage weekly sales reporting and tracking activities.

  • Support research initiatives (e.g., RAB, Radio Connects).
  • Address customer inquiries and coordinate with traffic and creative teams.

  • Provide backup support for reception duties as needed.
  • Maintain updated station information and SharePoint resources.

  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Required Skills and Knowledge:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience in graphic design using Photoshop is a valuable asset.
  • Competent in operating standard office equipment.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Self-motivated and proactive in approach.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Exceptional organizational and communication abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Previous experience in sales support is advantageous.
  • Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
