We are currently looking for a Customer Care & Reservations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel Agency Assistance: Provide support to travel agencies regarding reservations and ticketing inquiries.
  • Eticket Database Management: Conduct daily maintenance of the eticket database, process open coupons, manage exception etickets, and handle the eticket ETL error queue.
  • GDS Reject Queue Management: Ensure timely processing of the GDS reject queue on a daily basis.
  • Tier 2 Ticketing Support: Assist PAL Aerospace station customer service representatives with GDS, interline, and codeshare booking support, as well as provide assistance to partner airline helpdesks.
  • Reservations Agent Responsibilities: Quote fares and book flights for clients, provide essential flight information, assess customer needs, utilize excellent communication and sales skills, respond to cargo inquiries, and implement solutions to meet industry and customer demands.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Completion of secondary education in a relevant field is required.
  • A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience is essential.
  • Technical support experience of 1 year is preferred.
  • Experience in the travel and tourism sector is advantageous.
