Alberta Recycling Management Authority (ARMA) is a not-for-profit entity dedicated to environmental stewardship, with a legacy of over 30 years in the field. We are seeking a Stewardship Program Coordinator to enhance our mission of promoting a sustainable future.

Role Overview
The Stewardship Program Coordinator will report directly to the Director of Stewardship Programs and will oversee the management and daily functions of ARMA's Stewardship Program.

Key Responsibilities
1. Leadership Support
- Assist the Director of Stewardship Programs in daily operations and special initiatives.
- Contribute to the formulation of essential performance metrics for the Program Administration Team.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track the progress of relevant programs and projects.
- Prepare analytical reports and utilize data insights to aid leadership in strategic decision-making.

2. Supervision and Guidance
- Provide oversight and mentorship to Program Administrators (PAs).
- Support PAs in navigating complex challenges while ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Develop internal training materials, presentations, and comprehensive reports on program operations.
- Promote cross-training and provide coverage for PAs during peak workloads and absences.
- Ensure proper maintenance of files in accordance with the organization's records management policy.

3. Coordination and Projects
- Oversee the approval process for funding claims submitted by Program Administrators.
- Assist in preparing materials for stakeholder, Board, and Industry Council meetings.
- Manage special projects, including planning, status updates, meetings, reporting, and communication efforts to meet project deliverables.

Additional Responsibilities
Maintain a thorough understanding of and comply with Alberta Recycling policies, procedures, and standards. Contribute to a positive workplace culture by exemplifying organizational values. Perform other job-related tasks and support team members as necessary.

Qualifications and Skills
- A post-secondary degree or equivalent in business or administration.
- PMP Certification (either in progress or completed) is preferred.
- Proficiency in Office 365 applications, particularly Excel, and familiarity with specific software such as Salesforce is essential.
- Demonstrated analytical skills, including the ability to convert data into actionable insights, with experience in Power BI and other data analysis tools.
- A minimum of five years in a business administration and analysis capacity, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven project management and staff supervision capabilities.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills with a commitment to achieving results.
