About the Role

The SEED Centre Manager is responsible for the overall coordination and management of the SEED program at the ITREB Centre. This includes:

  • Maintaining positive relationships with families, volunteers, and community partners.
  • Collaborating with the ITREB Pre-Primary/BUI Program to ensure seamless integration and delivery of the SEED program.
  • Developing and implementing standardized procedures to ensure quality management and delivery of the program.
  • Managing program schedules, attendance, and reporting.
  • Ensuring effective communication with families and volunteers.
  • Coordinating with the ECD Member to ensure program success.

About You

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill this critical role. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in program management and coordination.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience working with children and families.
  • Strong project management skills.

Key Responsibilities

The SEED Centre Manager will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing program strategies.
  • Managing program budgets and resources.
  • Coordinating with community partners and stakeholders.
  • Ensuring program compliance with ITREB policies and procedures.
