About the Role

TalentMinded Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Sales Strategy and Growth to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy that drives revenue growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy that aligns with the company's revenue growth plans and market trends.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and challenges in the market.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Develop and manage sales processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Lead budgeting and planning processes for the sales team, including forecasts, periodic reviews, and annual budgets.
  • Act as an internal communication bridge and liaison, preparing presentations, reports, and studies for stakeholders and leadership meetings.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, with a deep understanding of sales processes and data-driven marketing insights.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage market data and analytics to develop innovative approaches.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to express a value proposition to external decision-makers.
  • Ability to influence without authority at the team, management, and senior executive level.
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite and ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies.
