Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior Lease Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our real estate department, you will be responsible for managing critical communications, lease agreements, and new site build details. If you have a passion for real estate, excellent communication skills, and a growth mindset, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage critical communications with landlords, fielding inquiries and complaints related to property damage, key and access issues, maintenance issues, snow removal, and meter installations.
  • Manage multiple lease agreements, including drafting renewal notices, preparing market analyses, negotiating business terms, and preparing lease documentation.
  • Manage new site build details, abstracting agreements, acquiring new sites, managing scope and deliverables, updating milestones, and tracking details on a daily basis.
  • Schedule and generate lease administration reports, distribute them to departments, and own government legislative reporting.
Requirements
  • Experience in an administrative role managing contracts, agreements, or project plans involving internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate conflict and provide reassurance.
  • Proficient in MS Office and able to quickly learn new software and systems.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet competing deadlines.
