**Role Summary**:
The Lease Management Administrator is responsible for reviewing and understanding all incomings lease, renewal and termination lease agreements and inputting all necessary information according to the internal requirements in the Yardi system. The Lease Administrator is also responsible for the monthly rent roll review and billing, retroactive billing and modifications of billing.

**Core Responsibilities**:

- Reading leases and entering charges/clauses/options in the internal system.
- Preparing and obtaining approvals for the monthly rent roll.
- Billing of monthly rent.
- Retroactive billing for modifications related to renewals.
- Billing of deposits (security deposits and prepaid rents).
- Tracking letter of credits according to the leases and communicating those requirements to the AR team.
- Management of tenants on preauthorized payments.
- Monthly validation of 1st day of the month planned preauthorized payments.
- Monitoring of tenant occupancy size evaluations on request.
- Input rates for new vacancies + quarterly modification according to leasing info.
- Enter the vacancy journal entry monthly.
- Indexation of tenants that have a gross rent agreement in place.
- Monthly verification/analysis of discrepancies.
- Preparation and issuing of Rental Advice Notices.
- Verification of the expired leases (holdover, due for renewal) and follow-up with leasing team.
- Send a weekly workflow report internally to approvers with pending items.
- Support the leasing and asset management team in any tasks pertaining to the leases and reporting on request and special projects.

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Accounting background.
- Strong understanding of lease agreements, terms and clauses.
- Strong organization skills to ensure deliverables within the pre-established deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to be rigorous on data entry.
- Strong understanding of the impacts of all modifications to a lease.
- Basic knowledge of excel and outlook.
- Knowledge of French is a significant asset as you will work with colleagues, internal stakeholders, partners, and tenants across Canada.
- Strong communicationnel skills.
