As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in accelerating lease agreements for land on which new cellular towers will be built. You will work closely with industry leaders, growing your professional network and reputation, and have the opportunity to evolve into a subject matter expert in lease administration from a development and acquisition perspective. With a proven record of promoting from within and supporting the ambitions of her team, your next step here may include moving up to a Senior Lease Administrator and into program, project and people management, all the way to a Senior Director role. Key Responsibilities: Manage critical communications, including point of contact for landlords, fielding inquiries and complaints related to property damage, key and access issues, maintenance issues, snow removal and meter installations. Manage multiple lease agreements, including drafting effective, concise renewal notices, preparing a preliminary market analysis to determine fair market value, negotiating business terms for the renewal term, and preparing and executing necessary lease documentation. Manage new site build details, including abstracting all new site build agreements, assisting with acquiring new sites, managing scope and deliverables, updating milestones, and tracking the details on a daily basis. Reporting, including scheduling and generating all lease administration reports and distributing them to departments. Requirements: Experience working in an administrative role managing contracts, agreements, or project plans involving internal and external stakeholders. Experience reading and interpreting complex legal documents, abstracting details, and entering information into a database. Experience managing customer or client inquiries, retrieving and relaying accurate responses to eliminate concerns and build trust. Drive to thrive in a fast-paced, unstructured environment, performing extremely detailed, structured work at a high volume. Proficiency in MS Office and ability to quickly learn new software and systems. People-centric, transparent communication approach to work, with professional and flexible written and verbal skills. Ability to navigate conflict and provide reassurance. Fluency in French is an asset.
