Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the team in effectively resolving customer inquiries
  • Delegate and prioritize tasks to ensure adherence to service level agreements
  • Facilitate communication during significant incidents
  • Implement Quality Assurance protocols
  • Update and maintain the Knowledge Base
  • Evaluate performance metrics to improve team efficiency
  • Identify and execute process enhancements
  • Engage in IT and business initiatives
  • Offer insights on industry best practices
  • Serve as an escalation point for team members
  • Collaborate with IT divisions to fulfill customer service commitments
Qualifications:
  • Post-secondary degree in a technology-related field or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a service desk environment
  • Familiarity with internal project management processes
  • Comprehensive understanding of business operations and relevant technologies
