Job Summary

VAXSTREAM CORPORATION is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our users, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our systems and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical problems, using technical manuals and other resources to find solutions.
  • User Training: Provide training and guidance to users on how to use our systems and services effectively.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of problems and solutions, and share knowledge with other technical support analysts.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior technical support staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • System Support: Provide technical support for our business systems, network, and Internet services.
  • Equipment Setup: Set up and configure equipment for employee use, ensuring proper installation and configuration.
  • Backup and Recovery: Perform regular backups and recoveries of our Web-server systems.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a technical support role, or equivalent experience.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
