VAXSTREAM CORPORATION is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our users, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our systems and services.
Key Responsibilities- Technical Support: Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Problem-Solving: Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical problems, using technical manuals and other resources to find solutions.
- User Training: Provide training and guidance to users on how to use our systems and services effectively.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of problems and solutions, and share knowledge with other technical support analysts.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior technical support staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- System Support: Provide technical support for our business systems, network, and Internet services.
- Equipment Setup: Set up and configure equipment for employee use, ensuring proper installation and configuration.
- Backup and Recovery: Perform regular backups and recoveries of our Web-server systems.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a technical support role, or equivalent experience.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
