We are seeking a highly skilled User Support Specialist to join our team at A-1 Wireless Inc. as a Technical Support Analyst.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Technical Support: Offer business systems, network, and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties.
- Research and Implement Solutions: Consult user guides, technical manuals, and other documents to research and implement solutions to user issues.
- Log and Maintain Issues: Collect, organize, and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts.
- Perform Backup and Recovery Operations: Perform Web-server backup and recovery operations to ensure system uptime and data integrity.
- Provide Customer Service: Offer exceptional customer service to users, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Work Setting: Help desk or telecommunications industry.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
