Job Summary:
Under the direction of the Support Manager, the IT Customer Service Representative works as part of a team responsible for various support functions with the IT Department, ensuring seamless collaboration and exceptional customer experience.

The ideal candidate for this position is a people-oriented, service-driven professional, interested in driving change and innovation, with a passion for delivering high-quality support and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to film productions, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
  • Install, troubleshoot, and provide general support to clients on software, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Follow up on client inquiries and ensure satisfactory resolution of matters, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate efficiently within the company, fostering a culture of collaboration and open communication.
  • Provide training for clients on software usage, ensuring they have the necessary skills to maximize their productivity.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the Support Manager, contributing to the overall success of the team.

Requirements:

  • Training in computer systems, experience with MS operating systems and products, and a desire to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills, with a background in customer service and troubleshooting activities.
  • Experience with production software, with the ability to work well independently and as part of a team.

Working Conditions:

  • Normal office environment, with hours of work from Monday to Friday and possible overtime requirements.
  • Hybrid work environment, with flexibility to work from home or in the office, depending on the needs of the team.
