Mississauga, Ontario, Canada Bond Brand Loyalty Full time

About Us:

At Bond Brand Loyalty, we design cutting-edge strategies aimed at enhancing brand allegiance and fostering sustainable growth for our clients. Our eclectic and energetic approach propels us into exciting avenues, and as a Project Manager on our Sponsorship & Experiential Marketing (XM) team, you will play a pivotal role in steering the future of brand loyalty.

The Role:

As an Experiential Marketing Project Manager, you will have the chance to think innovatively and delve into the intricacies of creating and executing XM initiatives. Do you excel when faced with challenges that encourage growth? Are you organized and enjoy collaborating with a team to create memorable experiences? This role presents an exhilarating opportunity for those who are passionate about ongoing learning, personal development, and sharing knowledge within a vibrant and growing organization.

A Day in the Life:

Oversee daily operations related to the execution of sponsorship and XM initiatives, guided by the Manager and Director, encompassing advance planning and coordination of events/experiences to hands-on execution. Lead and/or assist in crafting innovative proposals for both existing and prospective clients, including hosting brainstorming sessions, strategizing, and quoting solutions. Engage in on-site activities at our events and programs, including managing set-up and dismantling of events, and overseeing support staff (such as Brand Ambassadors) on location. Manage projects by developing project plans, critical paths, timelines, and supporting team members (such as Project Coordinators) to ensure timely execution. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, from creative to digital solutions, ensuring all deadlines are met, including reviewing program assets. Rigorously manage the financial aspects of your projects, including comprehensive budget oversight for large-scale sponsorship and XM initiatives, generating financial reports, managing vendor and client invoices, negotiating with vendors, and assisting with contract reviews and negotiations. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with our clients, providing regular updates and ensuring constant communication. Assess sponsorships and prepare presentations that offer an overview and perspective on proposals for various clients, based on their business challenges or objectives. Take full ownership of all elements within the project lifecycle, including generating post-event reports for clients detailing project/campaign outcomes. Act as a strategic partner by continuously seeking ways to innovate and enhance projects. Assist in managing Bond and client-owned assets, including inventory management, condition assessments, and repairs. Support the integration of influencers, local media, videographers, and photographers into programs/campaigns. Be adaptable and willing to work outside of standard hours (including evenings, weekends, and holidays) and travel as necessary. The ideal candidate must provide proof of a valid driver's license and have access to a vehicle for client-related events and meetings.

Are You The One?

A post-secondary degree or diploma in Sports and/or Event Marketing is preferred but not mandatory. 3-5 years of professional experience managing diverse projects and thriving in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. A strong knowledge of sports and a passion for the industry is considered an asset. Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment, remaining resourceful, accountable, and proactive. Flexibility to work outside regular hours (including evenings, weekends, and holidays) and travel as required. The successful candidate must provide proof of a valid driver's license and have access to a vehicle for client-related events and meetings. Excellent interpersonal, communication (both oral and written), presentation, and organizational skills. Strong listening, analytical, attention to detail, prioritization, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Bilingual in English and French is a plus but not required.

Why Bond?

Being part of our team means embracing the principle of "Create Bonds." We celebrate our collective ambition, reward innovative ideas, and consistently focus on nurturing relationships, both internally and with our clients.

Ready to Make Your Mark?

If you are enthusiastic about shaping the future of brand loyalty and making a significant impact, we are eager to hear from you.
