About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Experiential Learning Officer. This is a full-time, term position ending May 2026.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct labour market analysis to inform program and partnership development.
  • Ensure contracts and agreements are consistent with University standards and guidelines.
  • Stay informed on policies, rules, regulations, and guidelines.
Essential Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or acceptable combination of equivalent experience.
  • Experience in academic advising and providing guidance to students.
  • Familiarity with database management systems and ROSI.
  • Ability to understand and apply complex community and university policies and regulations.
  • Ability to positively represent the University in the community and to all members of the University community.
  • Strong computer skills, including the use of word processing, spreadsheet, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, and email software, as well as an ability to adapt to and learn new technologies.
