Position Overview:
As an Experiential Marketing Project Manager, you will have the chance to think outside the box and gain insights into the various aspects of creating and executing XM campaigns. Daily Responsibilities:
Oversee the execution of sponsorship and XM campaigns under the guidance of the Manager and Director, from initial planning and coordination of events to on-site execution. Lead and/or assist in crafting innovative proposals for existing and prospective clients, including facilitating brainstorming sessions and strategic planning. Engage in on-site activities during our events, including managing setup and teardown, as well as overseeing support staff. Manage projects by developing project plans, timelines, and ensuring team members stay on track through to execution. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including creative and digital departments, to ensure all deadlines are met and program assets are reviewed. Diligently manage project finances, including budget oversight for large-scale sponsorship and XM initiatives, financial reporting, vendor and client invoicing, and contract negotiations. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and maintaining open lines of communication. Assess sponsorships and prepare presentations summarizing proposals based on client business challenges or objectives. Take ownership of all aspects of the project lifecycle, including creating post-event reports detailing project outcomes. Act as a strategic partner by consistently seeking opportunities to innovate and enhance project delivery. Assist in managing Bond and client-owned assets, including inventory tracking and condition assessments. Support the integration of influencers, local media, videographers, and photographers into programs and campaigns. Be adaptable and willing to work outside of standard hours, including evenings and weekends, and travel as necessary. A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are required for on-site events and meetings.Candidate Profile:
A degree or diploma in Sports and/or Event Marketing is preferred but not mandatory. 3-5 years of relevant experience managing diverse projects in a collaborative, team-oriented setting. A strong interest in sports and familiarity with the industry is advantageous. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while being resourceful, accountable, and proactive. Excellent interpersonal, communication (both oral and written), presentation, and organizational skills. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, prioritization, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
