Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Operations Manager to join our team and support our growing sales operations. As a key player in the digital marketing industry, we are expanding our sales team and looking for a results-driven Sales Executive to contribute to our success.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation:

  • Identify and target potential customers through outbound prospecting efforts.
  • Utilize various channels to generate high-quality leads.

Product Knowledge:

  • Develop a deep understanding of our SaaS products and how they address market needs.
  • Clearly communicate the value proposition to prospects.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
  • Understand client needs to position our solutions effectively.

Sales Presentations:

  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features and benefits.
  • Customize presentations to address customer pain points.

Sales Pipeline Management:

  • Track leads through the sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
  • Utilize CRM tools for accurate record-keeping.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with sales and other departments for a seamless customer experience.
  • Provide input for product development based on customer feedback.

Sales Quotas:

  • Exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Continuous improvement through training and development.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of success in outbound sales.
  • Strong understanding of the SAAS industry and competitive landscape.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales prospecting tools.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
