Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation and Prospecting:

  • Identify and engage potential clients through proactive outbound sales initiatives.
  • Leverage multiple channels, including cold outreach, email marketing, and social networking, to cultivate high-quality leads.

Product Expertise:

  • Acquire an in-depth understanding of our SaaS offerings and their relevance to the specific needs of our target audience.
  • Effectively communicate the unique value proposition of our solutions, demonstrating how they can address client challenges.

Client Relationship Development:

  • Establish and nurture strong connections with prospective clients, gaining insights into their requirements and pain points to position our SaaS solutions effectively.
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations, showcasing the advantages and features of our offerings.
  • Customize presentations to align with the distinct objectives and challenges faced by potential customers.
  • Manage a comprehensive sales pipeline, guiding leads through the sales process from initial contact to successful closure.
  • Utilize CRM systems to maintain precise and current records of client interactions and sales activities.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer journey and effectively address client needs.
  • Provide constructive feedback to product development teams based on client insights and market dynamics.
  • Achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly sales goals by converting qualified leads into loyal customers.
  • Continuously enhance sales performance through ongoing training and professional development.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated success in outbound sales, consistently meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
  • Strong comprehension of the SaaS landscape, including technology trends and competitive analysis.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for building rapport and fostering long-term client relationships.
  • Self-driven and results-focused, exhibiting a high degree of initiative and enthusiasm for sales.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and proficiency in sales prospecting technologies.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving work environment.

Compensation: Target salary range of 75-80K CAD (Base).
