About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SAAS / B2B Sales and Business Development Professional to join our team at Moz. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Pursue new business opportunities through inbound and outbound lead generation, prospecting, and sales calls
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets
- Manage the sales process from initial lead stage to close, including creating and delivering sales proposals
- Collaborate with internal departments to create a better customer experience and drive business growth
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics
Requirements and Experience
- Proven 2+ years of SAAS sales experience, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Well-spoken, highly motivated, and goal-oriented, with excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated understanding of common sales cycles and sales methodologies
- Experience in prospecting, lead research, discovery, product demos, proposals, contract review, and closing tactics
- Professional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients
- Team player with strong organizational and time management skills
