Position Overview:

Advance Auto Parts is on the lookout for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to enhance our team. This role involves engaging with customers and delivering top-notch support through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
  2. Offer detailed product information, including pricing and stock availability.
  3. Facilitate the processing of orders, returns, and exchanges.
  4. Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any unresolved issues.
  5. Work collaboratively with other departments to tackle customer challenges and provide effective solutions.
  6. Keep precise records of customer interactions and transactions.
  7. Achieve and surpass performance targets and objectives established by the organization.
Qualifications:
  1. At least 3 years of experience in customer service or a similar field.
  2. Possess an energetic and resourceful demeanor.
  3. Exhibit strong time management skills and emotional intelligence.
  4. Demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving capabilities.
  5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage high volumes of inquiries.
  6. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  7. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education or certifications are advantageous.
