Position Overview

As an Office Management Specialist at BAJAJ TAX & FINANCIAL SECRETS INC., you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions. Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Oversight: Review and assess new administrative processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Team Coordination: Delegate tasks effectively to office support personnel.
  • Work Prioritization: Establish priorities and ensure adherence to procedures and deadlines.
  • Administrative Activities: Manage the administrative functions of the organization.
  • Policy Administration: Oversee policies related to the management of records and compliance with privacy legislation.
  • Office Services Coordination: Plan and coordinate office services including accommodation, equipment, and maintenance.
  • Budget Preparation: Assist in the development of the operating budget and maintain inventory controls.
  • Reporting: Compile data and prepare regular and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Procedure Management: Supervise and coordinate office administrative procedures.
