Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at North Park Plaza Management. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our management team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning: Coordinate and arrange seminars, conferences, and other events to support our business objectives.
  • Financial Management: Plan and control budgets and expenditures to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Policies and Procedures: Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Training and Development: Train and develop other workers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Office Administration: Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure efficient operation.
  • Recruitment: Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll administration to ensure accurate and timely payment of employees.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls and relay messages, as well as respond to electronic enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
