Key Responsibilities- Manage and confirm appointments for legal staff.
- Organize and maintain an efficient filing system.
- Document and prepare minutes for court sessions, meetings, or conferences.
- Establish and implement office procedures and routines.
- Draft and input correspondence and legal documents.
- Review and edit documents to ensure adherence to legal standards and grammatical accuracy.
This position may involve overseeing 1 to 2 individuals.

- Strong interpersonal skills are required.
- Excellent verbal communication abilities are necessary.
- Organizational skills are crucial for success in this role.
A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience is preferred.
