Lead the Digital Future of Manufacturing at McCain Foods
We are seeking a visionary and experienced Digital Transformation Leader to spearhead our digital initiatives within the North American manufacturing operations. This role will be instrumental in driving operational excellence, efficiency, and innovation across our production facilities.
As a key member of the Global Technology team, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and Operations leadership, to develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy. Your expertise in cutting-edge technologies such as ERP, MES, advanced analytics, and automation solutions will be crucial in shaping our future.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for digital transformation within North American manufacturing operations, aligning with global objectives.
- Partner with engineering and operations teams to identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and data-driven decision making.
- Lead the implementation of advanced technologies such as ERP systems, MES platforms, quality management software, and analytics tools.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement by promoting collaboration, knowledge sharing, and best practices.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to ensure successful delivery of digital initiatives.
- Extensive experience in leading digital transformation projects within a manufacturing environment.
- Deep understanding of Operations Technology (OT) and its integration with Information Technology (IT).
- Proven track record of success in implementing ERP, MES, quality systems, advanced analytics, and automation solutions.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
