Digital Transformation Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Leader to join our team at Randstad North America. As an Account Director - Digital Solutions, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our digital services across various industries.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Digital Transformation Initiatives: Develop and execute comprehensive digital transformation strategies to drive business growth and improve customer experiences.
- Manage Client Relationships: Foster strong relationships with key clients and partners to identify opportunities for collaboration and expansion.
- Drive Revenue Growth: Analyze market trends and customer behavior to uncover new business prospects and develop innovative solutions to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with the Account Management team to uncover strategic opportunities and drive execution excellence.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay current with the latest digital trends and technologies to deliver consistent competitor analysis and thought leadership.
- 7+ Years of Client-Facing Experience: Proven experience in consulting or IT professional services, with a strong background in digital transformation and client management.
- Industry Expertise: Deep knowledge of business domains, technology, and service realms, with a focus on digital trends and innovation.
- Strategic Planning and Execution: Proven ability to plan and execute large-scale digital transformation initiatives, navigating complex matrix environments.
- Excellent Communication and Problem-Solving Skills: Outstanding communication, problem-solving, and client management abilities, with a strong focus on delivering results-driven solutions.
